This is a historic home in Richmond Heights that was once lived in by Charles Lindbergh.

We replaced the old roof with CertainTeed Landmark, Colonial Slate shingles and installed ridge vent.

There was a section of flat roof that we replaced with a 2-ply modified bitumen membrane system made up of CertainTeed Flintlastic MidPly base covered with their self-adhered cap sheet, also in Colonial Slate.
