We replaced the roof with pewter colored CertainTeed Landmarks.

There were multiple layers of shingles and ridge vent installed previously, but those weren’t initially accounted for in the claim. We supplemented both of those items, which ended up being paid for by insurance.

We removed and replaced the siding with Royal Residential blue-gray double 4.5” siding. All gutters and downspouts were also replaced.
